My Experience With Amani Travel During HajjI was able to perform Hajj with Amani Travel, and I would like to share my positive experience. God found us with AMANI Perak at our best time which is the end of Jan 2024. Alhamdulillah I was given sustenance to go to Hajj 2024/1444H through PJH Amani Travel. Very satisfied with their service. It must be a little difficult. But overall very satisfactory. Make Hajj with the intention of worship because God will surely help. PJH only opens the way for all dyufurrahmans. my experience before performing Hajj in 2024/1445HOne of the most valuable experiences in my life was being able to perform Hajj with my beloved wife. It's hard to believe when that experience happens to yourself. It is destined that the Hajj call for the wife in 2023 cannot be carried out due to the failure of the wife's health treatment. Alhamdulillah, in 2024, I will get another Hajj call for my wife, but I as her husband/mahram have to make an appeal. At the hajj carnival, my wife and I went to see some of the hajj operators' counters. Unfortunately, all the Hajj operators I visited said that the Hajj appeal for me will definitely not be successful because the account I registered does not reach the min determined by TH. It's also a bit disappointing because some Hajj operator counters give negative expectations. Until then, I decided to just go home instead of asking the agency at the other counter. Until he saw the AMANI TRAVEL counter banner which was quite spacious at that time and tried to ask an officer there, USTAZ TUAN HJ HARIS, who gave me the courage to try to appeal to TH. One verse that I still remember what the teacher said "GOOD INTENT, PRAYER AND TAWAKAL" is the same as we pray, God willing God will grant. Alhamdullilah, after the appeal was opened, I made a decision to appeal in the capacity of Mahram to my wife. With prayers of hope and repentance I did that night, may God make my application easier.. Alhamdullilah the decision I did not expect the next day I got news from my TH account saying my appeal application was approved. I didn't know what to say, then the tears fell. laughing with my wife after seeing my appeal offer letter approved. It means a lot to me when I can both fulfill this 5th pillar of Islam with a beloved wife. Thank you Ya Allah for answering the prayers of my wife, children and immediate family and not forgetting Ustaz Tuan Hj Haris for the advice, encouragement and confidence he gave me and my wife during the Hajj carnival.A reminder to all prospective pilgrims:1. Always Be Positive2. Ask God to give you the opportunity to perform Hajj with your loved ones when you are healthy.3. Robust Umrah management. We have gone for Umrah and Hajj through 4 Travel Agencies (TA) before, Amani the 5th. So far Amani is the best TA. Very good service to the congregation. We had to enter Mecca a day early because the Saudi Government does not allow hotel check-in on Friday. It is certain that the cost increases because hotels in Mecca are more expensive. But Amani did not ask for more money from the congregation. Mutawif Ust Hazwan is also the best. We feel like a family

The commitment of the management and mutawif is very helpful for the pilgrims to perform Umrah. Fast in managing pilgrims who are sick/fever to the hospital to get treatment and medicines. The child with a fever is back to health & gets a chance to enter the raudha the next day after missing the first chance.In addition, mutawifs are easy to contact and diligent in taking pilgrims to places that are not included in the package without high additional costs.
Peace and blessings of AllahI didn't know the Amani Travel company before this.. but the result of the search.. this sykt has the highest rating.. then it became the choice of my wife and I for Umrah this time.. so far the course is conducted in a comfortable place.. arrived the day of departure.. a lot of staff were present at the airport to manage our movement.. indirectly giving encouragement and support to us pilgrims who were going to leave.. accompanied by ustaz naufal as a mutawif.. who was very helpful from the moment we entered immigration until Then we returned.. moved by the hospitality.. earnestness.. effort.. hard work and attention given to us.. - Great umrah experience. Ustaz Wahyu is a great muttawif, friendly, sincerely helping out the jemaah. His wife is a genuinely great person, both of them are great, nice people. If there is 1 thing that could be done in the future is that the company could hire porters to handle all the baggage... porters at KLIA, Jeddah and at the hotels and to place all the bags in front of the jemaah's room instead of us handling the bags. I'm not bashing you guys, I'm giving out feedback so that Amani Travel could be way more better in the future and overall, alhamdulillah...it was a great, exciting umrah trip. Keep it up guys. I went for Umrah with my family followed by Haj trip with my wife in March and June 2023, respectively; both under Amani Travel. The services and coordination provided by Amani were excellent all around starting from reservation, visa application, the travel, accommodation in Madinah and Makkah, experienced mutawwif, nice program and places of visits, special group dinner/lunch, round the clock assistance and support, etc, until we returned back to Malaysia. Amani really made our trips as the most enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Well done and keep it up, Amani.

Had the good fortune of having the services of Amani Travel Sdn Bhd for an Umrah trip in 2019. The itinerary was well planned but still maintaining a level of flexibility to cater for last minute changes according to actual situation at location. The briefing and explanations provided for each location visited were very well conveyed by Ustaz Wan Muhammad who was our guide. Should I be presented with the opportunity to perform an Umrah trip again I would definitely choose Amani Travel Sdn Bhd.
The pre-trip arrangement with Amani Travel was seamless. My husband and I opted to arrange for our own flight and they were very accommodating with our request - they even arranged for an ustaz to assist with our check in at Madinah and separate transportation to our international terminal in Jeddah Airport at no extra charge. Small group for umrah (our group was 22 pax) ensured little to no waiting time when we moved as a group. Our mutawwif, Ustaz Fikri was experienced and provided in depth historical and religious anecdotes throughout the trip. He went out of his way to ensure we were able to perform our ibadat with the least inconvenience. Alhamdulillah, the whole experience was very smooth and I am going for another umrah with Amani Travel within 4 months from the first umrah. That's how good they were!

Alhamdulillah..selamat menunaikan umrah
Ustaz Badrul Naim bin Sharipuddin, atau lebih mesra dipanggil Ustaz Bad merupakan anak jati Kuala Kangsar, Perak, kini menetap di Bukit Jalil, adalah seorang mutawwif yang berpengalaman luas dan berpengetahuan tinggi dalam bidang pelancongan Islamik. Dilahirkan pada 19 Oktober 1991, beliau kini berusia 33 tahun dan telah mendirikan rumah tangga pada tahun 2017. Bersama isteri tercinta, beliau dianugerahkan tiga cahaya mata, menjadikan kehidupan keluarganya lebih bermakna.
Perjalanan akademik Ustaz Badrul bermula di Madrasah Idrisiah, Kuala Kangsar, di mana beliau menduduki SPM sebelum meneruskan pengajian di peringkat Ijazah Sarjana Muda di Universiti Al Al-Bayt, Jordan. Kepakarannya dalam bidang keagamaan dan kebudayaan Islam diterapkan dalam kerjayanya sebagai mutawwif sejak tahun 2017, setelah terlibat secara aktif dalam industri pelancongan sejak 2014.
Ustaz Badrul mempunyai pengalaman yang sangat luas dalam membawa para jemaah ke pelbagai destinasi suci dan menarik. Beliau bukan sahaja berkhidmat bersama agensi pelancongan terkemuka seperti Tabung Haji, Juara, Yiros, Iltizam, In Saff, Tiram, dan Harmony Excellent, malah kini menjadi sebahagian daripada keluarga besar Amani Travel. Pengalaman membawa kumpulan pelancong dari Malaysia ke negara-negara seperti Turki, Vietnam, Kemboja, Thailand, dan Singapura membuktikan kelincahan dan kebolehannya dalam merancang perjalanan yang lancar dan penuh makna.
Ustaz Badrul juga mahir dalam bahasa Arab dan Inggeris, yang merupakan satu kelebihan dalam mengendalikan pelbagai kumpulan pelancong antarabangsa. Dengan pemegang lesen pemandu pelancong bernombor indeks TG15675, beliau telah diamanahkan untuk menguruskan pelancong dari pelbagai latar belakang, termasuk dari Korea, India, Singapura, dan negara-negara Arab seperti Arab Saudi, Mesir, Algeria, dan Maghribi.
Dengan segala pengalaman ini, Ustaz Badrul tetap merendah diri dan menganggap setiap tugas sebagai peluang untuk terus belajar dan memperbaiki diri. Keupayaan beliau untuk beradaptasi dengan pelbagai situasi menjadikan beliau bukan sahaja seorang mutawwif yang profesional tetapi juga seorang individu yang sangat disenangi oleh para pelancong. Bagi beliau, setiap perjalanan adalah lebih dari sekadar lawatan, tetapi ia adalah pengalaman yang mendekatkan diri kepada pencipta dan memperkayakan jiwa.
